Very juicy oranges with light-coloured flesh and a unique scent of Sicily

Tarocco

From the beginning of December to approximately the end of March
These are the best eating oranges that grow in the area of Catania. At the beginning of the production season they are characterised by light-coloured flesh, but then, as soon as snow starts covering Etna’s slopes, they gradually get a red-coloured pigmentation.

Moro

From mid-December to the end of February
Delicious red-fleshed oranges.

Sanguinello

From the end of February to approximately mid-April
Excellent oranges characterised by an intense red coloured flesh.

Ovale e Valencia-Late

From the beginning of April to approx. Mid-May
Very juicy oranges with light-coloured flesh.
